Great communication with the customer. They were very friendly and courteous when placing my order. The cookie arrangement was nice. I thought the cookies would be a little larger per the picture in the image of the bouquet I ordered. However still very nice! I would highly recommend for any occasion!

I placed my order online and I made a slight mistake with something I did and they called me the next morning to make sure it was fixed. The lady on the phone was SO nice and sweet and made sure it was perfect! I would definitely go through this store in the future! Great customer service!! :)

Great cookies!! Large and tasty as well as beautifully decorated. The person who delivered them sent me a text to let me know he delivered them since there were cars in the drive but no answer. Said he thought they were home. I was able to call my granddaughter and she found her surprise!!! Great service!!!

I have always loved Cookies by Design. So sad when they moved from the Beachwood location. But glad that I can have cookies delivered from North Olmsted. I am also a big fan of the gluten free cookies. Can't wait for those to return!

I have received several bouquets and all of them are just beautiful! We did have one that was damaged during transit but it was replaced really quickly and easily. Looking forward to receiving many more of these.

I was thrilled with every spect of Cookies by Design. I liked that there were so many designs to chose from, and that I could choose the number of cookies I wanted to send in the arrangement. It was easy to order and the cookies were delivered the next day. The cookies were delicious, thumbs up by two grandchildren! The bakery in Brownsville, TX that made them did an excellent job and the delivered cookies looked exactly like they did on line. I couldn't be more pleased!
