A sweet and very kind employee helped me put together a wonderful bouquet as a thank you for our veterinarian and his staff. Our dear fur baby had to be put to sleep last week and we are just heartbroken. Thank you for the compassion and amazing customer service!

The person I purchased the cookies for was retiring and I ordered the cookies to be delivered on her last day. I found our she decided to leave a week earlier and when I called the shop they worked me to change it to be delivered to her home and also a few days earlier than I originally requested.

Dan called me to let me know about my delivery. The recipient wasn’t home and I forgot to give a number. He left me a detailed message where he left the cookies, how he protected them and added extra wrapping. The North Olmstead/Cleveland store is fabulous. Thank you taking pride in your product and care with my delivery. Absolutely a pleasure and I will order again!!

What a nice gesture to receive an email upon delivery of the cookie bouquet. My sister did not hear the doorbell so I was able to let her know the cookies had been delivered. She opened the door and found the cookies had been placed behind a large planter and were not visible to the street. Thank you for the attention to details!

Cookies by Design were delightful to work with. The first order, I did not receive confirmation but thought it was my error. They were quick to check on the duplicate error and correct it for me. My friend loved her get well package and the cookies were devoured that day by she and her family!
