It's the best place ever to visit if you need to feel totally relax. Nick at the front is amazing, respectful and very knowledgeable. Miranda the therapist is absolutely the best that there is! She is so kind and really works hard of what your body needs. I truly enjoy each visit with her. I'm grateful to her and to the whole team at Elements! Extremely clean facility!

My wife goes here. It’s next to the yoga studio. I’ve been here and I like the layout of the place calm vibe and a chill atmosphere. The self serve water dispenser is always a good thing. And I like that you can buy credits towards a massage because she (my wife) gifted one to me and one is left for her. She needs to make time for it though also she’s stretching out the time till the need is greater. I hope to purchase some credits for her it would be nice. Happy wife happy life.
