The opening hours and availability of appointments are excellent and I know I can always get a massage when I need it. The massage therapists are very good and I have always been happy with the massage I got. The staff at the front desk are wonderful and always have good recommendations on what therapist to see. I highly recommend Elements Massage to everyone and I always walk out the door relaxed and satisfied!

Naomi was wonderful and listened very closely to my personal situation. The women at the counter however was a bit overbearing. When she explained the member guidelines to me, I thanked her and explained that I would be getting back to her after I discussed it with my daughter. She continued to ask me three more times if I would like to join. I was clear that I would get back to her but she continued to delay my departure.
