Girls at front desk are sweet, soft spoken, non-threatening. And my therapist, Radie, always asks at the beginning of our session what I would like to concentrate on that day, instead of assuming because I've been her client for awhile. And then she always does exactly what I ask ex. Hard pressure, soft pressure, relaxation, quiet, conversational, concentration on one area, etc...
