All the trainers are great!
I enjoy the trainers and like the individualized exercise plan they have me complete each session. Trainers are always happy to explain what a specific exercise does. I tend to ask questions and they are generous with their explanations.

I like that the trainers revamp my program to keep it challenging and ensure that I’m progressing with weights, time or reps. Also, that they ensure I’m using proper form.
I love that every workout if different. I love all the trainers, so it’s never an issue with who I get ;) I also love that I can reschedule and be accomodated when I travel or need to re-schedule! Great job!! (Did I mention I definitely see and feel fhe results!)

The trainers! They are very professional while still being fun. The routines are customized for my strengths and weaknesses(which are many). I’ve had several surgeries in my many years here and the trainers have even coordinated with my physical therapist. Working one-on-one really maximizes the time you put in. I would recommend this studio to anyone.

Environment is friendly and not intimidating, trainer is knowledgeable and can accommodate for injuries to still enable a good workout, workouts are varied to keep it interesting , has allowed me to stay consistent with workouts and see progress.

Bespoke planning, adjusting as needed, willingness and capability of meeting me where I am. "Skills-based learning" (my frame) approach - practice something, reflect on the experience, learn from it, and take it forward with this new learning (aka "allowing the experience/the practice to inform the next move," so to speak). Learn from doing. People are friendly too :)

I like the friendliness of the staff, and the supportive attitude of everyone I’ve met there. I like the professionalism of the owner, including excellent communication. I like the workouts (most of the time lol)
Professional and highly knowledgeable instructors, and the Manager. Very friendly environment. Instructors come down to your level, understand your unique needs, and customize the plan that suits you and then ensure to keep you motivated and committed to the plan. The exercise plan has a lot of variety so you won’t get bored and you are challenged progressively. All in all, highly recommended!!! Hats off to Gaithersburg Fitness Togehter Team!!
Great trainers!
There was considerable "barrier to entry" to getting to the first workout. From a phone call, to a 90 minute intro session, to the first session overlapping significantly with the fitness assessment, it took longer than necessary to actually get started. Writing out potential SMART goals with someone I had just met was awkward. I would have preferred to have done that at home and brought it back with me for the first session. Much of the paperwork could have been completed electronically and reviewed at the 90 minute intro session, which would cut down on the time. My main trainer seems bored with me - there's no motivation, no, "way to go" or "you're doing great" - I often feel like I could just be working out at home with my more engaging Peloton app. She often asks, "of these three exercises, which one was easiest?" but each targets entirely different muscle groups, so it's hard to compare. When I ask about changing the music, the response is that it's set for another client coming in during a later session. So, I listened to it and then had to ask for it to be changed for me, if it wasn't too much trouble. My sessions will often end with five minutes remaining, and, rather than adding in extra stretches, I'm often just sent on my way. The last time it happened, I asked if we could incorporate a few extra stretches until we reached time. I had one session with Aiden, who was awesome - motivating, engaging, talkative, encouraging - he made me feel like an athlete and reminded me of my goals and having gratitude for the ability to work out . These are all small things, but together they are kind of negatively shaping my experience.
The fact that it is not a gym. The trainers are all excellent. I love working out with them all, especially Austin. Good work.

Everyone at FT Belmont is knowledgable and very personable. I appreciate that everyone knows my name and is cheering me on to be my best self! I appreciate the structure that FT Belmont provides to me. Working out has become part of my normal week and I can feel that my efforts are making a difference. I am more aware of what I do and of my behaviors that are more health forward (cardio, nutrition, etc.). Appreciating the FT Belmont team and how they motivate their clients to reach their goals.
