I genuinely love being a part of the team here at Elements! Every staff member has made a meaningful impact on my life, contributing to personal growth in ways I never could have imagined. What started out as just a job to get me through college has grown into something much more—I’ve developed a deep appreciation and love for this place over time.
What stands out the most to me is the incredible management team. Lindsay and Chloe consistently go above and beyond for every member of the staff. They’ve created a work environment where we all feel safe, supported, and truly valued—something we’re all deeply grateful for.
Both of them have become role models in my life. Their leadership, compassion, and dedication shine through in everything they do, both professionally and personally. I honestly don’t know where I’d be without their guidance and support, and I feel incredibly lucky to work under such inspiring leaders.

It’s hard to pick one thing. I feel so supported by absolutely everyone. All the WMAs are wonderful, Chloe and Lindsey are the best managers I’ve ever had. They do so much for us and they make this studio an amazing place to work. I also feel like I can be there to support my coworkers when they need it. The being matched to clients is such a great way to do things too, I’ve yet to have a client who needed more pressure than I can give.
If this is going to corporate, please send Chloe and Lindsey on a nice vacation/retreat. They deserve it.

My name is Chris, I’m a student at NHI, I did my externship with elements massage in Sunnyvale and it was incredible. I acquired knowledge and skills that I wouldn’t be able to in school since it was an environment like the “real world” of massage or experiencing how my career could be after graduation. The staff from management to other massage therapists and even the esthetician were very nice and provided me with positive feedback as well as constructive criticism to help me improve my skills. My massage abilities increased tenfold after externing there and I would definitely be interested in a career there if there’s room for me after I receive my certification. I’ve already recommended Elements to fellow students and will continue recommend Elements to future therapists I talk to.
