All of the staff I have experienced at the Appleby location in Burlington are lovely.
I also like the fact that I can either have the first available stylist, or my favourite without having to ask personally and feel rude by denying a counter person. The next thing that I really like is that you save what I had last time for the stylist to reference when greeting you and seeing how you would like it cut today.
