Chad was by far the most thorough in his inspection that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He left nothing unturned and had explained everything to me that he had noticed good and bad. When I had received his report not only was it in paper but also was sent via email. The email contained a full report plus any questionable issues with links on how to fix them. This was a great help in understanding any extra costs that I might have to incur after the purchase. His knowledge and professionalism is what every inspector should aspire to achieve.

I thought Chad was very thorough in his inspection, he was checking things that I would have just overlooked or just shrugged off as normal and I think that is very important. When I met with Chad after the inspection he explained his findings to me very thoroughly and recommended different ways to repair things to save money. All in all, I was very impressed with his inspection and I would definitely recommend Chad to anyone who needs an inspection done.
