I always check the website to see which store has the shorter wait time. Every stylist is great, so I can go in confidently knowng I'll always get the right cut. They offer products to help maintain the best look for my hair and you can't beat the MVP service.

I’ve been going to Sport Clips off and on for years now. I’ve received ok haircuts, bad haircuts, even had to come back one time because the cut I got was not blended/even, combs scraping my scalp, and most of the time it always felt like someone was trying to cut my head off or chop off my ear when being cleaned up around the ears and back of the neck leaving scrapes and cuts on the back of my neck and edges of my ears. I have told most people that were going to cut my hair the horror stories I’ve had, and they would apologize, but do the same things themselves. I was ready to never come back.
Then by chance, I was paired with Gabby. THE BEST EVER!!! I actually felt like I was listened to, felt like I was talked to and not talked through, she was gentle, and I felt acknowledged and like a real person every time she cuts my hair. She talks to me when I’m a bit more talkative, and is quiet when I’m trying to relax and get a cut. I feel like for those few minutes I’m in, I matter.

The app allows me to basically get in line for my stylist (wait list) and provides an estimated arrival time. This makes it so I am rarely waiting at the location for more than a few minutes. Email receipts let me keep tabs on how frequently I get cut. Best of all, getting a hair wash after the cut avoids getting hair everywhere throughout the day. Big fan
