These surveys are worthless. If you want feedback, ask granular questions. Most of us know that 'less than perfect' number responses are just received as negative. Poorly developed surveys return poor data.

I've been a faithful SportClips customer for many years now. The service is impeccable and Donna is amazing! That's why I keep coming back. I do have to say that I'm not happy with the consistent price increases at my local store. I think there were 2 increases this year. To raise prices before the end of the year is quite odd and comes off a tad greedy. That in itself would not bother me so much, but now they are getting rid of the Touchdown cards. At least with that, every 6th haircut was half price. I come in every 2 weeks and buy my hair products there, so it's getting a bit pricey. I'll continue to come because of Donna and I love the sports theme/hot towel, but I highly suggest cutting the consumer a break and at least offering coupons every once in a while. I tip very well and the MVP is now $24. Add at least a $10 tip + hair products and that's pretty expensive for a men's haircut. Just some food for thought. Happy New Year!
