Both times my son went he was taken right away without waiting and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as give some advice. I also like that they put in notes in my son's history about what they did on his hair, e.g. used scissors, buzzer, trimmed eyebrows, etc.
Jen was great, very very nice... we will certainly return!

Donna is the very best, friendly, professional, and an absolutely flawless haircut. The only downside is the price is a little high.
