Quick, easy, good
I really like the remote check-in feature. I was given the approximate time to arrive and when I got there my wait was less than 5 minutes. I enjoyed the bright, bubbly and personable style of the person who served me. Most importantly, she gave me an excellent cut, one of the best I've ever had!! I will be asking for her every time I need a haircut!!
Every stylist is great and always know just how I want my haircut even if I throw them a curveball.

The lady that cut my hair was very nice. She was having a bad morning from a startup meeting, prior to them opening. I noticed the stress and talking to her more she calmed down. Very sweet lady. Told her when I paused. Don’t let it get to ya and keep a smile on. She had a big smile when I walked out.
Reason why she was emotional. I got vibes of the owner still in the building when getting my cut. They lady who was cutting was extremely emotional and didn’t seem like herself. Once the owner left and us talking more, she calmed down.
From and business owner to another. The energy you gave off when I was in your business was very unprofessional and walking around thinking your unstoppable. That doesn’t sit well with me. Never once asked sir how’s it going. But you were more worried about getting your hair products from stations to get your hair up right. It’s not always about you. Just be lucky you have workers coming in to work. So you can stay open.
Your employees deserve better. Even your customers also.
