What do you like about our restaurant?

I like the layout, with the upstairs that opens up with a view of the bar. I appreciated the gluten free menu, since I am gluten free. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced (the coffee was the best I have had in years). Also, the service was very good and I waiter understood a good deal about the gluten free options.

Great service! On my very first visit, the waitress had good suggestions for beverages and entrees and I took those recommendations and enjoyed them thoroughly. She also recommended the frequent diner card since I told her I would be in town through March. On my second visit, I had a different waitress, but the first waitress stopped by my table to visit because she remembered me. It happened to be my birthday month, so I got $20 off my visit. I got takeout on my third visit and loved what I tried just as much. I have told all of my local friends that this is the place for great southern drinks and meals, and how much I appreciated the good service.

I live a few blocks from SCK Midtown at Colony Square. SCK Midtown has been my "go to" restaurant for as long as it's been open. The food is consistently delicious and the service and atmosphere are outstanding. I'm a member of the Fifth Group Rewards Program and this month, received my $20 birthday gift credit. So, for this recent visit I, as in years past, walked over to SCK Midtown for lunch, sat down at the bar, ordered a pimento cheeseburger with fries and two Bloody Mary's and had a marvelous time. Service is excellent. Aaron at the bar is always wonderful. The food is always hot and cooked perfectly. I love the traditional dishes yet also enjoy the seasonal items on the menu.

What do you like about our restaurant?

Great service and food is always amazing. We were there with my boyfriend's mom who has Alzheimer's, and even though she was a bit confused at times, everyone was very kind to her. The manager stopped by to check in on our meals, not knowing the situation, but was very attentive and ensuring every one enjoyed their evening. We loved the fried green tomatoes, she crab soup, trout and everything else!

I love the fried chicken! I don't order fried chicken at a restaurant because it's never seasoned right but I have to make the exception here. Oh, and let's not forget the collard greens and corn muffins! Yes! Like heaven! Tried the lemonade for the first time and I'm hooked!
