Walking into La Tavola is like walking into an authentic, "big city" dining experience in one of the few quaint neighborhoods left in Atlanta. It's warm, inviting, clean and it's run by people who love good food and good wine. I am a long-time Atlanta resident and I continue to call this place my favorite restaurant in the city- hands down. Other places may be stylish, trendy, new or have adventurous menu offerings but are often short-lived. The restaurant industry isn't very forgiving and La Tavola has withstood the test of time. It's still there for a reason- it's just really good! They continue to exceed my expectations with great service, a knowledgeable staff and a menu that offers consistent quality with seasonal offerings- just like they do in Italy. Stop in- you won't be sorry.
