The service was excellent and the food matched as well. I certainly appreciated the attention to detail- you read my Opentable reservation and took note that I mentioned my wife and I were dining with you to celebrate her birthday. Our waiter was sure to wish her a happy birthday AND gave her a complimentary desert too! It was a great birthday celebration!

What do you like about our restaurant?

I have been a regular customer at La Tavola for about 5 years now. I want to emphasize that this is not a hyped up or exaggerated comment. Each visit is an exceptional dining experience. The service, atmosphere, and most importantly... the food, is consistently excellent. The menu is complete with great "old stand by's" and always something new and challenging when you feel like branching out. We are typically bar customers and kudos to your bartenders. Not only do they juggle the service to the waiters for seated customers, they also make the bar customer feel completely taken care of. Their knowledge of the food and wine available is superb. We have often been with other people and sat at a table and the same can be said for the wait staff. When we are asked by out of town guests or Atlanta residents our recommendations for restaurants, La Tavola is always in our top 3! With all the choices for dining in our city La Tavola continues to shine as one of the best.

It really felt like an Italian trattoria, revamped with modern decor.
The food was amazing! The specialty cocktails were so-so, tasted more mellow than what was described, but still good.

Service is always great and never feels rushed. The food is always fresh and I love the fact that local, in season ingredients are used as often as possible. The Tomatofest menu was spectacular this year! Chef Craig Rocks!

It has the feel of a restaurant that you would find in Florence. It is bustling and often crowded but there is a feel of intimacy at the table. We tend to book later dinner reservations. The food is always excellent. Every out of town guest that we have taken there has a reaction like "I had no idea there was a restaurant like this in Atlanta." My brother was recently visiting from LA and he was "blown away" by his dining experience at La Tavola. The wine list is very good. The quality of the food is excellent. The chef offers a nice variety on the regular menu as well as interesting and tasty seasonal specials. We tried many of the seasonal tomato dishes, including the dessert. First time we've eaten a tomato dessert; it was delicious! We are looking forward to cooler weather so that we can enjoy your outdoor dining area. Thanks for a wonderful evening, La Tavola!
