Everything!! Incredible food, outstanding service, and fantastic craft cocktail menu. The managers come by and check in every time that I am there. LOVE Ecco & it has been my fave spot in Midtown for the last decade.

Where do I start?! I called a few days ahead for my girlfriend's birthday and requested a booth if at all possible. The lady that took my reservation tapered my expectations in a kind and professional way, stating that she would note the request but was not able to make the promise. I had never dined with Ecco, but I was delighted with the aesthetic and ambiance when we arrived. Plus, we were seated at what I am sure was actually the best seat in the house. We were able to people watch and smooch a bit, enjoying each other and the view of a well run kitchen. I have food/bev background, so it was obvious to me the kitchen was on point that night and I could tell how hard the expo line chef was working to keep the harmony. He even stopped by our table at the end to say hello. Also, I'd be negligent to not mention our server. As I said, I have worked food/bev and I believe in capturing an experience. Our server did this. She was knowledgeable about the menu, and she sold us on our apps and wine. She was friendly and funny, and she was quick to advise on vegetarian substitutions to regular dishes...it was nice to know we were in good hands. In short, I was very impressed with everyone, and I'll be back to spend my disposable income on your delicious food. Thank you!
Consistent Food quality, good service, neighborhood gem
The food is very good. However, my mIn course was delivered cold and has to be sent back. The second attempt was the charm and I was very pleased with the dish. Also, lighting is too low. Everyone has to use their phone to read the menu and the bill.
