Although my husband and I live around the corner, it had been several months since we'd last been at Ecco Midtown. When we walked in we were so excited to see Ebon behind the bar! He is so great for the restaurant, and so good at the front of house positions.

I had issues with my orders twice in two days, however the management quickly responded and made it right. Staff was always friendly and professional and notified management of the issues they couldn't resolve themselves. The food was fantastic, staff morale and attitude is excellent, and management is friendly, professional and responsive. No excuses, and I appreciate that! Customer service remains a priority, even in these trying times.

The food. Except this time my daughter ordered the swordfish and it was dry. The shrimp and grits like always were delicious. We also tried the pork belly for the first time and it was good. I like the currants and other fruit/greens served with the pork belly.
It’s a true neighborhood joint! It is so kid friendly, and the kiddos love the number wheel. The food is so high quality with so many options.
