Favorite neighborhood spot. We took a break from visiting after our last visit failed to live up to expectations (favorite sommelier had departed, our sever was not helpful, two dishes came out wrong, etc.), and it seemed things are totally back to normal (minus the sommelier, but luckily we’ve found her at her new place). Our sever was excellent, the food was top notch, the wine was good, etc. the atmosphere is always good. Only minor hiccup was being out of a quarter of the dessert wines.
The food is always fresh and flavorful. Great neighborhood restaurant that is kid-friendly. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Overall, the food was good all the way to dessert. My only complaint is the spaghetti. I was disappointed after a couple of bites. I took my leftover home thinking of having it for lunch but ended up tossing it. I tasted like eating Spaghettios out of a can. I will go back there again but I will not order spaghetti. Our server Scott was awesome though.
