Love the atmosphere inside. And the food. I usually get the squid ink spaghetti but this time got the crab spaghetti-didn’t care much for it. We were seated outside-I’ll never do that again in the summer. It was like being in an oven and I regretted that I didn’t just go somewhere else.
But I’ll absolutely be back!
The oysters and other starters were delicious! Especially enjoyed the smoke and cured, ceviche and wavy beef and oysters. Patio with misting fans was great for the July heat. Amy was an amazing server, as was her assistant? (Forgot her name but got water and original drink orders to make sure we weren’t ignored). Would be nice if menu/entrees changed a bit more often. We will be back!

Everything is great. We love the bread and olive oil. The staff are all really knowledgeable. We’ve always gotten good recommendations for wine. The wine is always unbelievable, and of course, the food is amazing. The Bolognese is the best I’ve ever had. I always go to different restaurants and get the bolognese, but nothing compares to La Tavola.
I love to atmosphere, especially the hourly wheel spinning - that's very fun. I've also enjoyed each of the tacos that I have tried and the service is always friendly and helpful.

Went went to Midtown Ecco for my birthday dinner last evening and for the Basque-inspired menu. The atmosphere, service, food, and overall experience was pulled off faultlessly. Kudos for a job well done and a delight of an evening.
We like sitting at the bar, having a drink or two, and eating appetizers and flat breads. Just great staff and great food! We love sitting outside in the Fall and Spring.
Derrick and Nick at the bar made the evening extra delightful. We loved the Sirens of the Sea menu. Glad we got in just in time. Looking forward to seeing what gets added to the regular menu.

Great service our waiter was polite and prompt, when we told him we had a movie to go to, he got our order in quickly, he came back to make sure all was well without being intrusive. The pasta was very good we shared a truffle pasta, and we had side veggies, all was fresh and tasty. We will go back. ( I would have liked to have the dinner divided in separate plates which is what other restaurants do.) Also we did not see a vegetarian dinner except for the pasta we're vegetarian and there are plenty of really good Italian vegetable recipes.)
Dontrall at the Vining location is absolutely great ! He has my drink order ready almost before I sit down... great conversation and superb service. The food and atmosphere is awesome.
