Very good food, the chicken al carbon was absolutely delicious and juicy. Love the homemade tortilla chips and all three of the salsa's were great! Will spread the word.
The food is always fresh, served at the appropriate temp and tasty. The only thing keeping El Taco from receiving a perfect 10 is that chips and salsa aren't included in the price of the meal. The food is slightly more expensive than other alternatives who offer chips/salsa. As such, the value at El Taco is a little less than it could be, but still worth the visit - especially if you live in the neighborhood.
The food and service are impeccable. An amazing experience now for the second time I have been.
The atmosphere is very inviting. We had a party of 8 and were seated at a long table in the back, which afforded us the space and time to visit with each other in a celebratory manner. Our server was very attentive and the food delicious. Ecco is my go-to restaurant for when we have visitors come to Atlanta or special occasions because of those reasons stated.
I have to say this and I am so sorry:
My old concern with this particular visit was that the market price steak was small and thin for the price of $55. It was not up to the usual standards. This observation was before I did ask our server to cut it so I could share it with another member in our party (I eat small meals as I am tiny). I felt that the price and quality of the steak were not up to the usual Ecco standards as I often order a steak there as I am gluten-free and my choices more limited. This steak has been the only disappointment or negative observation in the several meals I have had at Ecco over the past year.

Whenever I have out of town guests, I don't have to think for one second about where I'll take them. It's always La Tavola. It's warm, cozy, the food is amazing, every server is someone I'd like to hang out with outside of the restaurant and I always feel warmly welcomed.
Great ambience, delicious food, exceptional service.
Server was knowledgeable, engaging and highly skilled. All 4 of us enjoyed our food very much.

The food is always amazing, and our server at this particular location was awesome. She was well-informed and extremely patient with my 6-year-old that wanted to be very independent and place his own order.

Rashad Collins was likely the best bartender I have had the pleasure of meeting. Although he just started bartending at SCK Buckhead, he has a level of friendliness, care and thoughtfulness that is not usually seen at most bars/restaurants. I basically told him some general flavors I liked and he quickly whipped up a unique drink that soon became one of my favorites! He proceeded to even explain to me his thought process on how he modified a standard drink to cater exactly to my tastes. All the while, he was both laid back but still very attentive to all other customers' needs. Great asset on any bartending team!
