The food was terrific as always, but the service was not up to Fifth Group standards.
First, we were looking forward to celebrating the election results with champagne. I was disappointed to see $25 glasses served in wine glasses rather than flutes.
Second, by the time we were served our wine we had finished dinner. The server was pleasant but mostly inattentive. There were long intervals when we didn't see him.
In Covid times, we only eat outdoors, and the covered space is wonderful but these two things put a damper on our experience.
The food and service are consistently outstanding. We have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. Thank you for another great evening!

Service is impeccable. Food is definitely unique. Nuevo soul food. Today will be my 3rd visit this week on my one week vacation.
Brittany was a great waitress! She handled our group and our separate checks very well. I dont know the food runner's name, but he was great as well! Rizzo the bartender was really wonderful. Great suggestions, really nice demeanor. Reminded me about 5fth group rewards. Informed me service charge/gratuity is invluded-which was really professional. David, the manager-really great! Came to the table and welcomed us. He gave us amazing suggestions. When I left he told me about all the 5th group restaurants, was very kind and informative! The empanadas were incredibly delicious!! Will come back for all of this and the beautiful decor.

Your food is excellent, and consistent. Staff is cordial and welcoming, ALWAYS. When fam and friends are in town, I bring them to Lure. I only rue how quickly ignorantly delicious seasonal dessert (e.g. peach/key lime trifle) makes its way off of the menu. Barring some unspeakable atrocity, or being transferred to Antarctica for work, I will never stop coming here.
It was another wonderful experience celebrating our birthday month! We thoroughly enjoyed our waitress and the delicious food.
