Every time I take my dog to be groomed, it turns out great. He looks so cute! The only downside is the long wait -- appointments are two months out.

Friendly office staff who know my pup's name ~ and he only gets to go to Dogtopia 1x/week ~ so that means a lot to me. Knox is excited to go and runs into the building. He comes home happy and exhausted.

All the employees are so friendly and really seem to care about the dogs.

I really love Dogtopia. Our little old man has pretty severe separation anxiety as well as a medley of health issues and they’ve been willing to work with us to find solutions to all his problems to make day care work. He’s always so happy when we pick him up but also so willing to leave when we drop him off that we’re confident he’s comfortable there. The only thing that made me pick a nine instead of a ten is because he’s sent home with pee stains on his fur kind of often (definitely not his own, it usually looks like he’s laid in something- when he decides he wants to flop, he’s flopping no matter what he may land in to be fair). Not a huge deal, but if we got told about them before our regular pickup time we’d absolutely try and get him scheduled for a bath before pickup because he’s not overly fond of the bathtub at home. Other than that, this is the best doggy daycare around and I’d highly recommend them (and have to multiple friends already).

We love how Jasper is able to play with his dog and human friends and how were able to watch him throughout our workday doing so. The staff seems to genuinely care about him and it makes it easy to leave him in their care, knowing we can trust he will be safe and have fun.

Front counter staff is excellent!! They know my dog and she likes them. I love the webcam. Chewy is adopted so I want to see how she interacts with other dogs. Keep up the great work. It’s a valuable service.

You and your staff are very friendly and super great with my dogs. I've been to both the Papillion & West Center locations - but Papio is the best! My dogs come home happy (and sleepy), but always look great. I really appreciate everything you do treating my dogs as your own. I worry about them but it's worth the visit or stay every time. Thank you for all you do!

We could check in on our dog via the live feeds and he looked like he was having fun. I also really appreciate that there is a worker in with the dogs all the time.
