My Hallie-May (4yo goldendoodle) and I have always tangled with separation anxiety. We've tried a few boarding/dog day-care facilities, but she was always resistant when returning. Dogtopia's structured introduction for each dog to daycare, and then onward to having required longer day-care stays before a boarding stretch VISIBLY made a difference in Hallie's comfort over there. We went through the intro, and had a week-long stay last summer, and just this past week she had a last minute 3-day stay while I traveled out west for a funeral. The relief I feel watching her tail wagging as she excitedly trots off with one of the regular staff is PRICELESS. Finding the team at Dogtopia HR has really changed the game for us - knowing she loves going there just as much as she loves being at home with us. Also, the app is fantastic - and getting to see my little loaf napping in the play areas, or following the humans around with the biggest smile - it's the best we've experienced so far! Hallie's besties for life <3

I had a consult with my dog, Lilly on Thursday, and the 2 gals at the desk were very personable, helpful and caring. I look forward to bringing Lilly back to play!

Staff is polite. Pet has received good care while boarded. Webcams do not seem to always work the best.

I liked that there was someone in the room with the dogs during the times I would check on our dog through the webcam. And of course, I love that a webcam is available at Dogtopia!

I love that the front desk staff know Jackson when we walk in. He comes back tired, but in good spirits.

Your staff always welcomes our dog Pepper enthusiastically. I feel she gets plenty of attention at daycare.

Very friendly staff. Brook does an amazing job grooming too. Dogs are happy when they come home.

I have only experienced the Meet and Greet. I hope that my doggie will be socializing with other doggies, play and have a good time. I like the possibility to see the action via the web cameras. I’ll be able to say more after daycare occurs.

You're very convenient, have decent hours & pricing and you always take terrific care of my dog. The new groomer is amazing and I really appreciate the care she provides to my dog, it's obvious they get along and I almost wonder if he quietly likes bathes now.
