The friendliness of the staff and the way they are willing to help and accommodate needs as best they can. My dog loves the people and enjoys her time - they do more than just let them play - they interact with them, take pictures. They treat them like family.

We feel that Charlie is always safe and happy when he's there. We love that we can watch him on the webcams to see what he's doing while we're away. Finally, it's a great form of exercise for him as he seems to be always moving around.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They seem to geniunely care about the dogs. Curb service. My dog is pretty clingy to me when we get to Dogtopia he just goes in with his tail wagging. That is reassuring to me that my dog is happy.
