Hi. This is a great way to get in touch with you. I was going to call, but this is easier.
Millie came in for a groom yesterday. Her cut was shorter than I expected, but I think there was only one way to trim all of her feathers, and that was to cut them off, so that's okay. I paid $55, but did not get an invoice, so I would like to have one for her records. I was wondering how her nails were trimmed. They seemed kind of sharp. Usually a rotary "grinder" (?) is used. I'm wondering if they were clipped this time. I also asked that her anal glands not be touched. She is behaving as if they were. She had an extraordinary amount of doggie perfume. A little too much, I think. I love bringing Millie there, so I hope we can communicate better for her grooming next time. I would like to have an itemized invoice, if possible. I also paid $155.00 for a 10 day pass.
The staff. The care. My dogs are so excited as we pull on to the street. They have the best time when they go there and I know its because they like they staff. They have given me signals at other places indicating they do not want to stay... so I know they are happy here at Dogtopia.
Our year old American Eskimo gets excited when he recognizes our turn into the drive to take him to Dogtopia. Several times a month Sitka visits Dogtopia, plays his heart out with his dog friends and our high energy dog comes home exhausted. The staff is friendly and helpful. We recommend Dogtopia often to family and friends when they are looking for doggie day care, overnight stays and grooming.

My dog name is zoey and she has been going to Dogtopia for four years and I have never had a problem. She is always so excited to go there. Once we cross the bridge she knows we are almost there. The staff is loving caring and very compassionate. They have a true love for dogs and enjoy there job always has a friendly smile and a kind word for you. I know when are family goes on a long trip our zoey is in great care and we can enjoy ourselves without any worry.
Friendly staff, ability to see my dog on the high resolution webcams, knowing all dogs have to be screened, and all vaccination records are up to date with every dog.
