Client Testimonials
The two-legged members of the staff are the best!
The staff is friendly, and my dog loves it there
Staff is pleasant and helpful and seemed to care for Roxi. We boarded Roxi for 6 days and it was explained to us that she would be tired. She was tired but she was happy.
ALL OF THEM
I liked that your staff was very nice to our dog and made sure that everything would be okay before I left as this was her fist time being with multiple dogs around. She did great and I had no worries being gone all day long.
Everything.
Friendly staff & the dogs get attention. I just wish they could go outside more often.
Personalbe, available, clean and you treat the dogs like they are you're own.
I like the people that take care of/supervise the dogs. They are very responsible and very caring.
I love Dogtopia! Without Doggy daycare, my dog would still be bored and tearing up my apartment. Plus now my dog has so many friends, and she always comes home with a smiling face!
You are all so wonderful and treat Hunter with TLC. I like being able to drop him off on Saturdays for a few hours of fun. Thanks for all you do!
THe staff at Dogtopia is excellent. They make you feel as though they love the pets as much as the owners. However, pick up and dropoff can be a little trying at times. Especially when you are in a hurry and no one is up front or hey do not hear the bell. I suggest increase the volume on the door alert. Other than that, we are happy with Dogtopia.
Everyone is friendly. Piper always seems happy walking in !! Love having her groomed there while she visits .
Friendly staff and my dog does not want to leave!
The entire staff was friendly, their love of animals was apparent, and they even gave me a tour of the facilities (without me even asking!).
people are friendly. can drop off and pick up my dog at anytime during open hours.
Friendly staff and my dog is always happy to go!
Hours are good; facility is clean. Dogs are treated with affection
FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO LOVE DOGS SO I AM COMFORTABLE LEAVING MY LITTLE GUY AND KNOW HE WILL BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF. HE IS SO HAPPY WHEN WE PULL UP TO THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF DOGTOPIA
I really like the positive staff and overall concern for the animals in their care.
Your place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. My dog seemed to enjoy being there.
Everyone is friendly & courteous. They are taking extremely good care of our dogs.
The Customer service is excellent. I love the fact that the staff knows my dog, and makes me feel like he's part of their family. I never worry about him when he's there as I know he will have tons of fun, and be safe.
We like it that Roxy gets to socailize with other dogs instead of being in a kennel all day. We have recommended Dogtopia to several friends.
Hours of operation
Facility is clean...dogs return to us clean!
Staff maintained in room with dogs at play
Very friendly and capable personnel. CLEAN and Safe environment for my dog (who is very much our kid). Convienently located to the campground that we stay at (Pechanga) and the company my wife works for (Abbott Vascular).
All in all just a great place. You need to consider opening a branch in our neck of the woods (Ft. Mohave Az / Laughlin NV). Lots of snowbirds with their pets in the winter and lots of boaters with pets in the summer--in addition to the local crowd year round.
I am very pleased with you folks and will continue to return whenever in town (4-8 times a year.
My boys are not contained in cages, and can play non-stop.
The staff is super friendly, and it seems as though my dog loves spending time at Dogtopia.
Everything. You guys are wonderful, friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. We are very picky when it comes to our pugs. We don't just leave them with anyone. I recommend you to everyone we know and even strangers when we speak about our pugs. Thanks for being part of our family. We wish we were in a better monetary situation that would allow us to visit more often.
We appreciated the convenience, professional staff, and love that was obviously shown to the dogs.
