Personalized service, the ability to see my doggies play on camera, the clean smell of the facility (at least up front--have not yet been to the back...).

Everyone is so friendly and caring about my dogs needs. My little girl always comes home very content and tired from Dogtopia . Just today I found a coupon for a free interview and I gave it to co-worker so that she could take her dog.

The staff are always a pleasure to tell with and its very obvious that they care about the animals. The hours are so convenient as well. I am always confident my pets are well taken care and enjoy their time there!

You always peovide the best care for our pups....I like the fact that they are NOT crated most of the day on week ends...everyone there are polite and helpful...we love DOGTOPIA!!

I loved that I could get on the webcam and see what my dog was up too! Made me feel good knowing he was having a BALL! I also loved the note home. And that the staff all knows his name. I wished their Saturday hours were longer, but we'll take what we can get!

You are all very helpful, knowledgable & kind. You know & treat MoJo like he's your own pup! MoJo is always happy to come & stay. He gets very excited as we turn down Commerce Center & he begins to recognize where he is at! PS~ We have a new addition to the doggie family. Her name is Delilah! Can't wait for her to have all her shots & visit with Mo!

I like that my dog is not boarded up/alone all day. She can play and run around with other dogs so hopefully is having more fun than being stuck at home

The cleanliness of the facility was remarkable, the good customers service provided by the staff, the love given to the dogs by the employees at Dogtopia and the prices well within range.
My dog appears to have had a wonderful and enjoyable vacation. I'm looking forward to bringing her back to you for daycare and boarding in the near future.
I would highly recommend your facility to anyone looking for an excellent Doggie facility.
