The professionalism, kindness, and true care of our dogs is shown through all the women we have met working at Dogtopia...... also, the fact that ALL dogs are screen tested to make sure that they are well socialized is incredibly important to us.
Before we moved here in Temecula, we lived in Topanga Canyon and boarded Atticus ( we didn't have Scout then ) at The Temecula Pet Resort, and they did the same thing: you are inside watching on the computer screen how your dog reacts and responds to the other dogs. I remember picking Atticus up one time after a long trip ( we travel quite often for our business and charities around the globe ), and they were calling a woman to come pick up her dog because the dog had bitten another and had started a fight. This kind of care, and the obvious care of the people who work at Dogtopia makes us feel that our dogs are in safe, good, loving, hands!

The place is clean and staffed with nice, dog loving people, and best of all, I can check the web cam and see how my dog is socializing during doggy play time. It's a great idea well done!

I like the day care the best! I like that my dog gets to play with other dogs and comes home tired. I left her overnite for the first time and again I like that she is not stuck in a crate all day and nite while being boarded. I like that she can get her nails trimmed or a bath while there too! It is also a plus that they come home with a report on how they did while there overnite, I liked that a lot :) Harley loves going to Dogtopia!

I love the staff. I always feel comfortable about leaving my dog, Coco with them. When I call to see how she is doing, it is never a bother to them; I very much appreciate that.

I responded last week to your feedback request, but you must not have received it. I am so grateful to have a place like Dogtopia to care for my dog. She loves coming, the staff is very friendly and most importantly, I feel safe leaving my dog in your care. Thank you for the service my dog and I receive.

At some places a dog would sit in a crate all day long except for the two times it goes out to potty. Here the dogs are out running around and playing with each other. They are only in their crates to eat and sleep. I think that is so great.

I really enjoy the open play environment since it gives my dog a chance to socialize with other dogs and wears her out. I also like the webcam setup so I can watch my dog when we're apart. The 6:30am to 7pm office hours during the week are also very convenient.

My dogs are always happy to come to you for boarding and when we pick them up they seem well taken care of and they sleep for a long time :). I love that I can see them while I am away.

I feel as though Kay and her staff are my friends and they take care of Phinny as though he were their own. Great place, great people!

We like that our three dogs are able to play and interact with other dogs with some supervision. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only wish they were not kenneled for sleeping with overnight supervision.

We have already recommended Dogtopia and will continue to do so.

I like the web cams, but wish they were on more. I am impressed with the staff and LunaMoon seems to be benefiting from being allowed to be a dog in a group (pack) setting. I was in a serious accident 8mos ago and while I was in a wheel chair and walker LunaMoon has had a full time job protecting me. Now that I have recovered it is great to have her go to a safe environment to be a dog and play without being leashed with dogs her same size!

The staff is very friendly and seem to really love the dogs. I also love that the dogs play together and have fun the entire day.
