Major is so anxious to get into the building when we arrive that I can hardly hold onto him - tail wagging a mile a minute. He is very very high energy, and from what I can see on the monitor spends lots of his time running and playing. By the time I pick him up in the afternoon he is tired. This is all good news.

The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked into the building and all the way through. Everyone was so patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. I dropped off my dog for grooming and she typically is very anxious. It is typical for her to be shaking or avoidant when I pick her up but that was not the case when I picked her up from Dogtopia. She was happy and her tail was wagging. She did not seem distressed at all! On top of that she looked great. Very pleased to have found Dogtopia!

I love that you can watch your pets from the app as well as scheduled appts. The staff seems very friendly! I really like that the dogs get nap time too.
