I love my cleaning crew Elizabeth Malpica and husband. They are the most caring and hard workers we have ever had as a cleaning crew!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about them.

I feel the best thing about Jan-Pro by far is the management and administrative support staff. I get quick responses to any questions or issues that come up. I know that Jan-Pro managers / administrative staff have my back if there are any problems or issues. The staff at Jan-Pro have management check on the cleaning staff some evenings, which is much appreciated. They also provide extra training to the crew if needed. When I needed a new crew, Jan-Pro came through for me quickly. The crew is important, but the excellent backup by the administrative people at Jan-Pro are a very important part of the package.
The communication log is also a very useful tool since I don't actually get to see the crew in person very often.
