From the person who helped schedule our move to the movers, everyone is so polite and helpful! Honestly, I wish more businesses were this nice to work with! It should be the 'norm'.

Better clarification regarding pricing and estimated hours of service. Also, more competitive pricing would be great. Less time on logistics when packers are in process of working.

Professional, very careful. They were polite, kind and kept working even in the sweltering heat. These guys were clean and were most informative thru the entire process. We called and scheduled our move less than a week in advance yet every step was smooth and stress free. By far the easiest moving experience I have ever experienced!

Easy process, accommodating, efficient, did a great job.
Prompt and efficient! I sent 2 Princess Packers to help my buyers finish packing up their house. They helped them complete the job within 4 hours.

All of the guys were very hardworking, very personable, looked me in the eye, listened and mostly remembered what I told them (not easy to remember where to put something that I told them an hour ago). Nice group of young men. I also noticed several times when one would call out to another, "Hey, Eamon, I need some help in the living room," the other guy would respond and jump right in to help. Great teamwork!
Seemed overpriced for the service we needed
everything went well less than 4 hours to load the truck and unload into storage unit not only covered are furniture with blankets they shrink wraped they where on time very clean cut
Movers are polite, friendly, hard working and do a great job!

The young men who moved me were very nice and personable. They were very conscientious about wanting to do a good job.
Super friendly, great crew, and they confirmed my move time quite a lot leading up to the move; it showed they cared and we're on top of things. I wanted to vote an 11, actually... didn't see the number, so I chose 10. Totally saved me time, energy and frustration of moving it myself with friends.

Ivan and Alfonzo were the greatest! On time and enthusiastic. Very helpful clean cut guys.The entire process was simple and easy. The only hitch was the fact that I submitted my paperwork online twice and didn’t get accepted for some reason. I change a couple of items at the night before and had to do actual documents at the house.
But this is a great company , a little pricey for the few items I moved but excellent service!
