Excellent service! The movers worked hard, were friendly, professional and fast! I will definitely recommend your services!
The team of students were friendly and worked hard. There were a few problems that popped up, but every move has its problems. The team lead worked hard to fix them and he did! I also really liked that whenever things were difficult for one of them, the whole team would try to help, great teamwork. And when the move started to go too long because of the setbacks, they called in reinforcements at no extra charge. It was the easiest move I’ve ever had.
I thought for the price the experience of the team to efficiently and quickly pack the pod fell way below my expectations regardless the two gentlemen who came were very nice, courteous. No space above the refrigerators was utilized and they blocked access to to it by putting a bed frame and mattress in the way, I ended up crawling through after they left and we were able to pack a lot more ourselves. They packed all small boxes first? not sure why .No space inside the freezer or refrigerator's was utilized, and you had to stop and listen to why its not recommended and "sign off" on a paper. In the end Meatheads point person asked if we needed jobs. LOL
The two movers were VERY NICE and COURTEOUS

The movers were nice enough but they caused a lot of damage and were pretty careless, also the guy put his hand on the proverbial scale for a positive review:
1) While they were there, they took it upon themselves to move our backyard umbrella with lights inside. It was open on the patio and they basically threw it on our lawn without asking or checking with us and ripped the umbrella. We got a $25 credit for it but that doesn't replace an $89 umbrella. It looks janky and awful now and we WILL have to replace it.
2) We also noticed that they scratched the wall between our hallway and kitchen - they were having trouble moving the fridge through. We got a small credit for this because we caught it while they were there.
3) After that, after they left, we noticed that they majorly scratched our front door, all the way through the paint to the wood! I was furious. They should have informed me that they did this. I know for a fact that it wasn't there before and that they were struggling with large items near the front door (the fridge in particular). I didn't appreciate them not coming forward with this information and I had asked them to move large items through our family room where the door is wider. I also didn't want them to damage our brick steps near the front door. But, it was faster to go through the front door so that's what they did and they did some serious damage in the process,
4) We also noticed after they left that they made a HUGE scratch in our original wood flooring in our living room where they moved a large glass and wood shelf. The scratch looks like a half turn, like they moved the shelf without putting something under it first and angled it to pivot. Well, now I have the joy of a huge scratch in the floor (and on my FRONT DOOR) when I try to sell my home and I am going to have to pay a lot for these repairs. I am not happy with their services.
5) Finally, the main person handed me a customer survey and PRE-CIRCLED everything as a ten! Oh, congratulations to you for giving yourself a 10/10! I said something about this being pre-circled and he made a flimsy excuse saying "Oh, I thought this was different paperwork. I can give you a new one if you want" What do you do in that moment? If you ask for a new one, you look like a jerk. I think that's a serious training issue and something that should never happen (along with DAMAGING PROPERTY!!!). Customers should never feel pressured in any way to go along with a pre-circled survey. That's really poor form.
I'm actually extremely disappointed because the damage they caused is going to cost more than the cost of the moving help itself. I had heard amazing things about Meathead Movers and was excited to use the services but am hesitant to use them again, which is disappointing since we will be hiring movers to move into a new home later this year. They should have been more careful and listened to us, the homeowners, about how best to navigate around the home and property with large items.
Overall a good set of movers and packers. Good energy and made sure everything was where I wanted. But going forward please make sure the guys know to breakdown the boxes and take the boxes that were from you. My new apt trash can and area were full of boxes that weren’t broken down for other people to put their trash in.

Every one of the 8 (yep, 8 of 'em) movers were pleasant, polite, industrious, speedy and a pleasure to have in our home. The Sales staff were all incredibly patient with our constantly changing schedule. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with.
They worked very hard and they followed my instructions. They were friendly and careful and they did not throw my things around. They really packed up the van and the storage shed.

Found quite a bit of door trim damage after the move was completed. I remember one of the guys getting stuck in the door while moving the bedframe. Bummer that he didn't mention the damage.
