I like it it's easy to sign up and that the scheduling and the day in times of the games are consistent

We've been doing programs through i9 for the last 5 years and always had a great experience. My one area of feedback for this spring tball would have been to separate the group into 2 teams the first day and stick with that group the entire session. It was confusing for not only the kids but the coaches as well. Separating would allow the coaches to know each kid's name on their team and players would be more familiar with their coach. This would also allow for each group to have time working on batting and fielding prior to the start of a "game."

I like that the focus is for the kids to have fun, learn the fundamentals of the game, and good sportsmanship.

The organization at each event. The coaches are wonderful!

Great programs, would just recommend no double headers, almost 3 hours is too long for this age or if there is a double header skip the pratice bedore the second game! Otherwise we loved it!!!!!

This program has been well organized and communication has been great. Coach Dan Paplaczyk and his assistant coaches have used age-appropriate techniques to help teach flag football to a group of kids, many of whom are playing for their first time. They have been fun and positive and have encouraged the kids. We look forward to participating in the future.

I liked that you offered girls flag football and practices and games are close to my home in west St.charles.

Communication from Coach Jeb (and others) has been professional, organized and timely. He is very enthusiastic at the games and getting the boys focused and ready to play. We appreciate it being one day a week and practice/game back to back. The reversible jersey is a win for us too! This is our son's first year playing flag and he is LOVING it so far!

Fun and relaxed approach. Love that practice and games are on the same day.

We are thoroughly enjoying the spring baseball program at Judson. My son is in 2nd grade and had also done the 2022 spring baseball program at Westminster when in kindergarten. I feel that both this and the 2022 session were very well run and the kids are getting a good amount of skills training. The 2022 session had about 2x the amount of kids and there was more than one parent-coach. This session has just one parent-coach and he is doing a great job. He is patient, encouraging and friendly. The college helpers are also good with the kids. My son loves going. ------------------------- On another note, it's probably too late to give feedback about the winter basketball session via the survey, so I'll give it here. That only deserved about a 5/6. While the coach is a nice enough guy, the kids didn't have effective skills training and a lot of yelling out instruction that could have been more effective. A huuuuge amount of time was spent just dribbling. Obviously, dribbling is important but both the winter and fall sessions were super-light on shooting, passing, protecting, keeping-foot-planted type skills. I had hoped that the winter session would have been better than the fall session but it was the same. I was actually surprised one class during winter when they actually spent time on some shooting skills. So, basically the classes always consisted of nearly half the time dribbling, a few minutes of something else then scrimmage games. The scrimmage games started day 1 without any instruction on how to play against other people. Instruction during the game was pretty much the coach yelling out and expecting a 6/7/8-year-olds to comprehend in-the-moment what to do and not every kid was getting chances to have the ball. My son would complain to me that it was too much dribbling and not being taught much about other things. I'm sorry to say all that about i9 basketball, but I know that other parents felt the same. We recently started the basketball instructional program at the Randall Oaks park district and my son has gotten better skill instruction in the past 4 weeks than he got during fall/winter sessions at i9 and he never complains about going.

The programs allow kids to try out new sports without a big commitment. Buddy requests are also convenient for siblings and carpooling.

Everything. Staff and coaches are great and teams aren’t too big so kids get plenty of playing time
