POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT FROM THE TRAINERS. HOW ABOUT INSTALLING A CLOCK?? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE RESULTS OF THE BICYCLE FOR EACH VISIT. EVERY MONTH POST GRAPHS SO WE CAN SEE HOW WE ARE DOING.

What do you like about our studio?

I enjoy the small size of the studio and the limited number of people during each session. All the coaches are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. I look forward to each visit and recommend The Exercise Coach for anyone who is intimidated by big gyms but wants to increase their strength.
