What do you like about our studio?
I Love the new studio - but most of all I love the results - I did Pilates for 10 years, I joined the Exercise Coach 6 months ago - I never had results like this from pilates. The Coaches are with you the entire time and show you how to do everything correctly and adjust the weights accordingly ....it's 20 minutes and gives you great results .
