Free shipping for a bike and it was wrapped professionally
Your price was amazing. Have been trying to find this bike in my size and you had it, was cheaper than anyone online/local, AND you had free shipping. Done deal! Thank you! (one thing that was odd is that I used your online chat the day before and asked if the bike was actually in stock, and the chat person told me they had sold it the day before (only had 1 left). The next day I checked and it still showed up as in stock, so I actually called the store and the gal checked her computer and it showed up as available, so I bought it online and prayed it was actually there! Supposed to show up tomorrow, so I am super stoked :)
After several searches at my local bike shops, I searched Bike Mart and was able to find the light I was looking for. The ecommerce folks did well, and I received the light and it is exactly what I was looking for and expected. Time was as promised. I will always enjoy visiting the stores and

Expectations were exceeded
I received my order promptly and very, very well packed. I ordered a particular wheel rim and I have never received anything so well packed. Shipping was only $10, which was a bargain. My item was received in perfect condition. I will purchase from Bike Mart again
