Ive been using your Studio for leave three years. I like the outcome of the effort I put in. I like the one on one training. What A specifically like about your Studio, I have nothing else to really compare it to, but the staff are friendly knowledgeable of the muscle groups that I am trying to improve, and what each exercise is for, and have answers to any questions I have about said exercise and muscle group.

On time and friendly
I tried going to the gym, work with a personal trainer with little to show. The Exercise Coach program is the only one that yielded tangible results since the trainers monitor me very carefully and constantly adjust the routine. Measuring the degree of effort and personalized feedback, in the real-time are true game-changers. Highly recommend the program if you are willing to put your max effort for 40 minutes per week.
