I love the communication between the staff and family's. I never have to worry about what Addison is doing throughout the day with the updated photos. She is always excited every morning and enjoys the environment. I have noticed in improvement in her since attending the school.

My daughter has learned so much in the short time she’s been there. At VPK level, she is doing spelling and math! It’s extremely impressive how advanced she’s learning. I’m so proud. Her teacher does a fabulous job

Ozge has been improving a lot since started with Kinovu & she loves everyone there...

Here are the items we think can improve :

* Communication on the procare app. Sometimes all week goes with very minimal update so we don't know how long she slept or if she, same for eating & potty.

* When we try to talk with Mrs Miriam; her responses always excuses. Shallow comments. 4 examples :

1- Monday November 17th when we were picking her up they were going outside. We took her prior & saw she didn't have any water in her cup. When we asked Mrs Miriam her response was " Oh she drink it all with her snacks..FYI it has happened more than once "

2 - Once we picked her up while she was playing outside she had a blood on her nose & her water cup edge all bloody. Unfortunately Mrs Miriam was not aware the situation. Neither she wrote accident report. We notified Mrs Amy up front when we were leaving.

3 - When Ozge fell from Lego blocks on October 30th & bust her lips she didn't prepare any accident report. Her response was " Ozge doesn't listen. She shouldn't top of those blocks " But just couple of days prior on October 27th Mrs Miriam did sent 2 of Ozge's pictures while walking on Lego blocks with other children....Please see from Procareapp

4 - Few times when we picked her up she has pooped or had wet diaper. When we talk Mrs Miriam she states "Oh I was going to change her" Always excuses...

The teachers are super helpful love that they’re also teaching life skills such as cooking .

This school is the BEST! My girls have learned so much in such a short period. The teachers are very attentive and I know they are safe
