Our helper is very good. She’s friendly and thorough and provided all the requested services. Her communication is great and my dad like her.

What we have experienced with 2 PSW's and both were very experienced for a complex client. First Paige but due to caregiving to a family member of hers Michelle filled in and we kept Michelle who is excellent. My only concern cant get in case an experienced one for back-up for Michelle to come to Uxbridge. Not for a lack of trying by Seniir Helper.

We are able to o set the scheddule and have the same person come at the time arranged. The PSw are always prompt anrd very helpful
