We love Theresa, she is very is very skilled and compassionate,she anticipates my mother’s needs and responds promptly. She is good with my Dad and encourages him “let her do her job”. So I know he is taking the breaks that he needs.

My husband and I have had Senior helpers since June. The home health aids are absolutely phenomenal and they are like become like family. Now they do anything we ask pleasantly and professionally. They have become an intro part of my husband‘s care we really could not do without them. They take good care of First name removed and this allows me to go out and get shopping food shopping maybe meet a friend with absolute peace of mind cause I know he’s in good hands. My schedule is complicated and met with no problem.

Senior Helpers reintroduced me to life.
I am 41. Not a senior citizen so the company name was initially hard to swallow but I did need help. I’m a wife & a mom but I’ve had multiple sclerosis for 15 years. I am differently abled than most 41 year olds. Every day things, from washing my hair to watering indoor plants, have become incredibly challenging. I found myself leaving doctor appointments when handicap parking wasn’t open, I couldn’t walk to the front door. Thanks to talk therapy and the Bel Air location’s beautiful blue sign I found Senior Helpers. Jason and his crew are top notch!

Recently I have been very pleased with the consistency of our aides. Having the same two aides, who are both very good, relieves stress knowing they are always here on time on their scheduled days. With my husband receiving hospice care for late stage dementia that consistency is much less stressful for him. Our monitoring nurse is very caring and compassionate as well as offering support to me. The owner Jason came for a home visit and to introduce himself which set a positive tone for our experience with Senior Helpers. Having used another agency and having a negative experience this experience is much less stressful, better care and dependability. As my husband's primary caregiver at this stage of his life I am very thankful to have the help of caring people.

Teresa West is my Mother's caregiver. We wouldn't have anyone else. She is efficient with each task, but also anticipates my mom's needs. Teresa is kind, compassionate and very good with my Mom. My father appreciates her patience and loves that she fusses over my mother and their dog Shadow. My Father is the main caregiver for my Mom, but having Teresa gives him time to take care of all the other things he needs to get done. She also works with him to find better ways to manage my Mom as her health needs evolve.
I am grateful for Teresa's help and the fact that my parents are so fond of her.

They are always on time and dependable. I'm sure they would do more for my Mom but she doesn't let them.

Ease of scheduling with a caregiver.

I now have consistency with my aides which is critical at this point in Jack's dementia. Dawn is wonderful and with a problem with Jack today was willing to stay a little longer to help the nurse that came as well as me. I was also very impressed with Jason and the personal contact he made. Everyone there has been very nice and helpful. I hope I can continue receiving this quality of service until I no longer require care.
