The instructors are amazing. They lead challenging workouts and care about each participant. They are motivating and encouraging, and they are making a huge difference for many of us on our fitness journeys.

The weight room weight plates are getting worn out. Spend some money on the weight room please.

Water fitness , instructors. Planning on adding classes. Only problem was the lack of communication about the pool closure. I’ll be calling to verify from now on.

What do you enjoy about your Y experience?

You walk in and are greeted by Donna and Wendy. Wonderful women never in a bad mood. Then as you walk to the machines everyone is friendly saying good morning. I work out on the machines and if someone is on the machine you want I just go to another machine until the person is done. I then go downstairs and walk from 1 mile to 2 miles. I have made wonderful friends that I can't wait to see and talk to. Even when I don't feel like going to the Y after I'm done I feel glad I showed up.
