I liked booking online and seeing a little about the barbers before booking. I felt like adding pictures to the profiles definitely helped as well. I'm not great with names but seeing a picture definitely helps me remember and likely booking again.
Overall friendly and easy to talk to, but most importantly when I say I want something they are honest and skillled enough to handle the task with ease.

What a great place! I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in. Teri and her team explained the different options available and answered all my questions and set me up with an appointment later in the day.
Simply put, I love my new haircut and beard trim. Teri is an artist and cares about her work. I am planning to take my two sons when they need their next haircuts as well. Floyd’s is as welcome addition to the Steele Creek area. I highly recommend it!

Had a great experience at this barber shop! Booking online was super easy, and my 12-year-old is thrilled with his haircut. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming—the shop has a trendy, clean vibe. Teri did a great job and took the time to explain to both of us how to style his hair.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about hair. Drove 2 hours just to get a haircut because there are no locations in South Carolina. Will drive the 2 hours again because I liked Floyd’s in Colorado and I like them in Charlotte!!!
