Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable. The classes are amazing and offer a full body workout.

Everyone has been so kind and helpful! It’s a great workout and the coaches are so motivating.
The instructors are great and very energetic! The tone of the classes is very positive and welcoming. My only negative feedback is that there should be a specific class for beginners. It is hard to follow along and make sure that I’m doing the correct punches at the speed at which the drills are done. I’d like a slower pace for the first 4 or 5 classes to ensure that I’m using the right form for my punches. I think this would help make it less intimidating for newbies as well.
