We have had two children at little sunshine and o just love the overall atmosphere and the curriculum. Our first was ready for kindergarten and I love hearing our second come home and teach me about something that he has learned at “school”. The hours are fantastic and the staff is always so welcoming. I have been extremely happy with our experience and would highly recommend LSP to anyone considering daycare!
Reign has a strong bond with his caregivers. They know how to comfort him, make him smile, and respond when he needs reassurance. He's happy to see his teachers. It's a good sign that he settles and seems content during the day. They follow his individual needs. They pay attention to his sleep schedule, meals, and developmental stage rather than expecting every child to be exactly the same. They communicate well with us. We know how he ate, slept, played, and how his day went, and they mention little moments that show they're paying attention.
We’ve trusted your team with our three daughters from the time they were infants. Couldn’t love the school any more. Wonderful team, environment, nutrition, and curriculum. Thank you for taking care of our girls!
I enjoy the staff, the activities that my kids are able to enjoy, lunch provided, and activities that are brought in, like dance class, sports, and special guests.
The unique ways they find to keep children’s curriculum interesting, engaging and age appropriate. We enjoy the daily updates and overall communication. Our child is so happy and always eager to go to school.

As a first time mom I was so worried about missing the big milestones while my little was at school, but the amazing team at LSP does such a wonderful job of keeping me in the loop on her day and activities she’s getting to do, I don’t feel like I’m missing everything like I thought I would.

The teachers, the staff, the food, the lesson plans, the facilities, the toys, the emotional support, and the engagement with the kids is just outstanding. I tell everyone that it is the most beautiful school I've ever seen and I'm from boogie school-ville in Northern california. I continue to be so pleased with this school and hope to have Ava attend someday.
Love that I get updates & pictures about my little one. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed from the beginning and continue to be treated kindly. Wonderful daycare so far!
We love all the teachers and directors. They are so thoughtful and you can tell truly care about the kids. We love that they do fun activities each week and provide newsletters at the start of each week to inform us of that weeks curriculum. A lot of the teachers our daughter has had the pleasure of being with have been there throughout our time, so the consistency I think is helpful for our daughter. We really appreciate that!
It has been such a wonderful experience from the very beginning. We've felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for since day one. We are loving that we don’t need to worry about our daughter while she is there, we know she is safe and cared for! She’s doing things at Little Sunshine that make her excited and help her learn. We are very happy that she is learning some new social skills and we also love that we get updates and pictures through the app.
The facility is always clean, staff always friendly, I don't recall a day I wasn't greeted at the door with a smile while dropping my child off. The teachers in the rooms always tell me up front things about my child, who they play with, what issues they have had socially, and what areas of development they are focusing on. I've have shared with people in my circles that it is where my child goes (well went since she is graduating) and that I would definitely send another kid there if I had one.
My son has flourished while being at this school. He loves his teacher Ms.Martha and talks about her and his classmates everyday at home. He is a different kid than when he started in all the best ways. He has learned so much and really grown so much into a big boy.
I really appreciate how caring and attentive the teachers are. They create such a warm, safe environment, and it’s clear they genuinely know and value each child. The communication with families is also excellent, which helps me feel connected to my child’s day.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Little Sunshine’s Playhouse. Our son, August, attended from January through July 2026, and we were consistently impressed by the caring teachers, welcoming environment, and thoughtful communication from the staff. It was clear that they genuinely cared about the children and created a safe, nurturing space where they could learn and grow. We are grateful for the kindness and support they showed our family and would happily recommend Little Sunshine’s Playhouse to other parents looking for quality childcare.
The best thing is little sunshine gives your kid the personal touch. Feels like your kid is in a safe home like environment, the staff is just so warm and welcoming.
Little Sunshine was the perfect place for my Kiddos as they transitioned from infant toddler. I loved all that the children learned. The structure, the meals provided and hours. I loved feeling like we were always kept up to speed on all that was happening with the children through the LUV app.
The teachers are so thoughtful and genuinely care about the children. They put so much consideration into their learning modules and try to make them as engaging as possible. The activities that have been implemented - whether on the first Friday of the month or over the weekend - take so much energy, and are by no means expected by me as a parent but appreciated as they bring so much joy to my daughter. I would absolutely recommend Little Sunshine to everybody that I know.

A lot of special attention focused on the kids. The director Cynthia is very approachable and supports child-specific efforts to help give individuals the support they need.

The reasons I choose LSP over other daycare/preschools in the area was the smaller feel, the fact it felt homier, etc. it was more expensive but I felt the difference when making the decision was worth it. I found it frustrating over the years that communication seemed to lack when there were teacher changes, recently it seems to be getting better! I love that my kids love going and have teachers and friends they love! I love that the teachers and leaders are willing to work with you if there is something going on with your child vs just writing them off and doing nothing. I would and have recommended this school to others!
