I appreciated that they were quick to respond to my initial web inquiry and then fast to come out an install the rental chair lift on the same day. While we did not use it for long, it was helpful to get my wife up and down the stairs.

Process was quick and easy
The elevator install has taken almost a year with continual issues. I have an 84 year old that has to use stairs because the elevator is still not functioning properly.
