Chris was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. He’s an amazing person who helped me understand how to install and remove my bike rack from the truck. He even allowed me to record him doing it, so I can refer to the video in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. They’re very knowledgeable and courteous in their work.

Aventon is a great e-bike with amazing features. But getting it from Two Brothers Bike Shop adds a layer of support. This makes us comfortable knowing that if we have any questions or need repairs, we can get quick help and service there. Chris was great at explaining the features of our bikes and so helpful. Can’t imagine I’d go to any other bike shop.
I wanted to go on a girls’ getaway riding bikes with my friend and was going to loan her one of my bikes. I realized I didn’t have the correct pedals on so I stopped in at Two Brothers to see if they could help me. Ben quickly took my bike back and within moments switched them over. They helped me with getting a few other things I needed for my bike trip, too. Not once did they make me feel dumb for not being able to do these things with my bike myself. And they didn’t even charge me to switch pedals! Amazing, super speedy service and really helpful guys. I highly recommend them for anything you might need to have done for any kind of bicycle.
