The short answer to "What do you like about our products and services?" Everything ! The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly at a reasonable price. Chris and everybody else are friendly and helpful, answering all questions and sharing their knowledge freely. My Aventon bike was purchased else and out of warranty, but they asked anyway so that I would be sure not to pay more than I needed to. They are outstanding and highly recommended !
