Her availability seems to be shrinking though. Not sure why management can’t figure out how to run the schedule properly. The shop always feels empty when I visit, and I keep having to move chairs. Doesn’t make sense. Jackie is great though.
My kid doesn't complain about stylists not understanding his style requests or not speak English.
Olivia does an amazing job cutting both our boys' hair. They both love going to see her and we have never been unhappy with how the cuts turned out. The whole staff is always friendly. Best shop we have been to in cypress by far.

This is the only place my son will go. He had some not so good experiences at other places. It was hard for me to get him to get a haircut because he was afraid to go. De has been so wonderful with him. She listens to what he wants and executes it perfectly. My son looks forward to his appointments. Loves the shampoo and massage.

People are kind and the professional is really good.
I will come back as long as yall take care of Kemmy! If she leaves I’ll go where she goes. I love Floyd’s but management needs to tighten up and take care of their people. I’ve seen 5-8 great people leave Floyd’s Cypress because of how they are treated. Make your employees your biggest priority and you’ll be successful.
