Truly everything from buying tickets (which was smooth and easy) to leaving the parking lot was a breeze. The first interaction we had with stadium employees was even fun - the security people (who at any other venue have seemed to hate their jobs ha) were thorough, friendly, and fun. I also really enjoyed the music - that made the atmosphere really energetic and entertaining. Overall, loved it.

Concessions, the immaculate field
This was my first time at the new ballpark, and I am highly impressed with everything. Very fan friendly from the seats (not in sun and great view of field) to your friendly staff to the concession options. Will definitely be back again.
I was planning on writing a separate letter but this is great. I need to highly commend your employee Andrea at Guest Services by the lawn area. We bought lawn tickets and by the time we got to the game at about 6:45 it was completely full. My kids were heartbroken that we couldn’t find a seat on the lawn. I went to Guest Services to see if I could purchases open seats and instead of charging me, Andre said no problem and handed us 6 tickets to section 107! No questions asked, just AMAZING service. Please recognize her. She could have just told me I was out of luck but she didn’t. She took care of us and we had a wonderful evening! We will definitely be back many times again thanks to her. She’s a rockstar on your team!

Great venue, experience, and game/run of show. Professional experience. Parking a little slow and inconvenient, but good family fun.

The atmosphere is great! The parking is okay. The food is a little expensive, but the variety is good.

Nice facilities. The crowd was managed well, parking was easy and close. Food was good. The actual game was fun. Other entertainment things were available especially for kids. Base run for the kids post game. Some things I did not like was the price of food being high. I didn’t like that I was offered prepaid parking when purchasing tickets, but couldn’t seem to otherwise pre purchase parking or find much information about parking anywhere. It also cost $25 to pre purchase parking but only $15 to just show up and pay to park. That seems backwards. For the sake of kids, it would be nice to have a start time that was earlier. It was a great entertainment option for our two families where I don’t have to worry too much about content being presented to my kids.
