Easy to get to by TRAX, nice new field, good leg room in stadium seats, fireworks were awesome. The only negative thing was the cost of food.
We love that the ballpark is right in our neighborhood now! I feel sad that south salt lake lost this awesome community resource but that location was just so tricky for parking, walking, crowds, etc. The new location feels pretty perfect in terms of accessibility. So...there's that. We also love the layout of the stadium. Really no bad seats in the house...although those west facing seats behind left field looked miserable with the sun laser-beaming their eyes. LOL! My Ballpark at America First Square wishlist: 1. a couple of cheaper beer option. $12+ for a can of beer is NUTS. (Speaking of nuts, those felt fairly priced : ) 2. bring those ticket prices down a notch. Trimming off a few bucks and putting more butts in seats buying $8.50 beers (pretty please) feels like the right thing to do. 3. gotta do something about the energy in the stadium. IDK what to specifically suggest here but the awkwardly timed 2 second sound bites, mumbly stadium announcer, and relatively-low fan noise kind of make it feel more library and less ballpark. Exciting game, although they didn’t win. Beautiful stadium. Quality family time. Fireworks afterwards were FABULOUS!!!
Great new space, clean and friendly
We love this new stadium. The comfy seats are fantastic. Food was really good. The stadium is beautiful!
I have been to 3 games at the new ballpark this year. They have all been great, fun times. That is a beautiful stadium. I go for the baseball (which I have now watched from about all the angles you can and they are all good) and when I bring the kids, they have enjoyed the races, the putting green, train and other fun activities not watching baseball - LOL. I appreciate that the radar gun is now up and running and that you're putting the pitches up there. That is fun to see.
We dat out on Beddy's Berm on Saturday (cause that's where my kids always seem to end up anyway). The view and atmosphere was great with a full crowd. It was, however, hard to hear the announcer and the music. It sounded like it was all in the stands. These were even at times when the ambient volume was not very loud so it wasn't being drowned out.
I have in the past loved a weekday, day game and was bummed not to have one this year. I'm not sure if that was just a first year in the new ballpark thing, but I would love to see a couple there next year.
I will add that the experience I have had working with your ticketing managers (most recently Ian) has been great. He is super helpful, very prompt communication and makes me feel like I have a personal rep at the ballpark. I passed along the number to a co-worker who was getting tickets for our office to go to a game and she also mentioned the experience with Ian was great.
Overall, the games have been fun and I enjoy going to the new stadium living just a few miles away in Riverton. I appreciate the opportunity to share the feedback.
New stadium, good seating.
The ballpark has a great atmosphere. The food is a little overpriced, but where isn’t it these days? The team is good but that’s what you can expect from AAA. They aren’t great yet. I love watching baseball and this is a great ballpark to do it in.

The new field is very nice and the food/drink options were easily accessible and good.
Parking was also easy and accessible

Would like to see diet Dr Pepper on the choices of soda.
Also have veggie burgers and hot dog more easily available to VIP section.
Atmosphere and game was great. Definitely a better location. Parking price is ridiculous and you can’t hear what they are saying on the speakers from the grass
Great game and nice stadium
Our first row seats were amazing, shady, great interaction with Bumble and the music! First time with our 2 grandsons who said it was their best night ever! They are 10 and 6.
Fireworks were great!
The stadium was so nice it felt like I was at an MLB game! We had lawn tickets and it was perfect for my toddler to be able to run around and play. The food was good, and overall great experience!
The parking for west lot needs to be addressed. 3 streets converge and it takes along time to get in. It would be better for more staff and more entrances to be open.

The West Lot parking made it easy to access to the ballpark, although I'd suggest you have additional people to scan at the entry of the West Lot as it wasn't terribly streamlined. Our server, Jack, was absolutely terrific. The stadium is outstanding and we had the best time.
Beautiful ballpark, great atmosphere. The parking is a little confusing though. The signs should be more clear what lot is for season ticket holders. Sometimes there are long lines of cars.
